Important Note : If you want to use this product globally, then the broadcaster and receiver have to be on a IPV6 backbone, you can either contact your internet provider to give you a globally routable IPV6 address, or install our recommended software. Click here to learn more.
If you wish to use it on your home/office/campus LAN, you DO NOT NEED IPV6 and the mermaid software will work out of the box.
Step 1: If you have Windows XP,
make sure you have Windows Service Pack 2 or above installed. Click here to see how to check that. If you don't have Service Pack 2 or above, install it by using the links below.
